- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ By Deanna2017-08-12Lack of customer support. Left several voicemails including a number to call back, and have sent several emails, none of been returned. There is a complete lack of support, lack of communication, after being given a "one year guarantee". I've purchased two of their Android boxes and have issues with both. One will not power up consistently (bad connection at the back), and both freeze up, won't stream or search (did the updates we found in the FAQs). I would not recommend dealing with these people. It's one thing to have programming issues, but lack of communication and not returning calls, or rectifying the hardware issue is another.
